OpusDesk is a hiring engine that connects skilled-trades employers with pre-screened candidates. The Service includes job posting distribution, candidate sourcing, structured phone screening, candidate scoring, and interview scheduling.
3. Employer Obligations
Employers using the Service agree to:
- Provide accurate job listings and company information.
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Not discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics.
- Pay all fees associated with the Service as outlined in their agreement with OpusDesk.
4. Candidate Data
OpusDesk collects and processes candidate data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Candidates consent to phone screening and data collection as part of the application process.
5. Fees and Billing
Employers are billed according to their selected engagement with OpusDesk. Placement fees apply upon successful hire. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Post fraudulent or misleading job listings.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to access or manipulate the Service's systems.
- Use candidate data for purposes other than hiring.
7. Service Availability
OpusDesk does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
OpusDesk is not liable for hiring decisions, candidate quality, or outcomes resulting from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
